A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Community Bank Mobile & Community Bank Business Mobile apps may collect additional personal information from you such as:
- E-mail address
- User IDs
- Device images/videos may be accessed when you deposit a check using mobile deposit. Device contact lists may be accessed when you make peer to peer payments or other payments functionality.
- Device location may be accessed to provide branch and ATM locations.
